A local groundskeeper may have inadvertently witnessed the psychological decline of one of the neighborhood's residents. It is only after a double murder that Michael begins to experience a decline of his own. With no one to talk to and a guilty conscience growing by the day, he sets out to protect an innocence he may never have truly lost.
